Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.


Where do you ship from?

Most orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Hong Kong. We also work with trusted suppliers and distribution centers around the world to ensure fast and safe delivery.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we process orders quickly, any request to change or cancel must be sent within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this time, the order may already be on its way, but you can still return it once it arrives for a full refund. You can read our Refund & Return Policy for full details.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay). 

 

When will my order be processed?

We prepare and ship orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed during busy periods or holidays may take a little longer to process.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship on weekends. 


How long will delivery take?

Due to high demand, delivery usually takes 5-20 days, depending on your location.


What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of being shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.


Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

We ship to almost every country and accept payments in all major methods supported by Shopify.

Shipping is simple:

Orders over $68 ship free with tracking.

Orders under $68 have a flat $5.99 tracked shipping fee.

Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are separate from shipping and are set by your country’s regulations. These are not included in our prices and, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

We make sure your package is shipped quickly and securely, but any customs-related delays are outside of our control. For the most accurate details, please check with your local customs office before placing your order.


How do I return a product?

Email us at ritualiainfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the next steps for returning your item.


What if I receive the wrong, damaged, or faulty item?

If your item is incorrect, missing, or damaged, please contact us immediately with:

- Your order number

- Clear photos of the product

- A short description of the issue

- We’ll do everything we can to resolve it quickly.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are always sent back to your original payment method.

For card payments, it may take 7–10 business days after we receive your return or approve your cancellation.

For PayPal payments, refunds usually appear within a few business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary.
